All national deliveries (those outside Warwickshire and West Midlands) will be made by a reputable carrier at a flat rate of £9.95 including VAT. All national orders are despatched on a Next Working Day service. Subject to stock being available orders received before 11.30am Monday to Friday will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and despatched the following working day.

Local deliveries (Warwickshire and West Midlands) are free for orders of £20 or more. Orders less than £20 will be charged a flat rate of £3.95 including VAT. All local orders are despatched on a Next Working Day service. Subject to stock being available orders received before 11.30am Monday to Friday will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and despatched the following working day. We now offer Sameday Delivery of local orders going to Coventry addresses placed before 3.00pm (Monday to Friday) where goods are in-stock.

Alternatively local customers can select the “Collect from Store” option and your order will be processed for collection from our shop, this incurs no charge and we will notify you by email and / or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Where the entire order is in stock this is usually within 1 hour. Please note that when choosing “Collect from Store” you may select the “Check / Money Order” payment option and we will take payment by your preferred method (debit card, credit card, cash or cheque) in the shop when you collect your order. We will happily reserve your order items for 48 hours before returning them to our stock. Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 do not apply to items collected from the shop, therefore you will be allowed time to examine the goods when you collect.
