It is much kinder to the environment to refill as it reduces the amount of ink cartridges being dumped at land fills.

Each cartridge can be refilled up to 9 times - you are provided with a sticker on the cartridge after refill to track the amount of refills you have had.

Tips on refilling:

• Remove and refill your cartridge just before it is empty.
• Keep your cartridge dry and air-tight when empty and during transport. (we do this after your refill, you should do it before your refill).
• Bring your cartridge in for reflling as soon as possible.
• Put your refilled cartridge back in the printer as soon as possible
• If you rarely print, try and print off a page that uses black and colour at least every fortnight to keep ink flowing.
