• Where possible, remove and refill your cartridge just before it is empty - this can prevent the cartridge heads from drying up and blocking the flow of ink.

• Keep your cartridge sealed and airtight when empty and during transport - we do this after your refill, you should do it before.

• Bring your cartridge in to us as soon as possible after it runs out - again this reduces the chances of dried out print heads.
