The Gamers Edition will recognize supported games when they are launched and automatically transition into a Game Mode that is specifically developed for that particular game. If a game is not supported you can either create a game profile for that specific game, or you can use the General Game Mode.

A Game Mode is essentially a collection of antivirus, firewall and general settings, allowing you to focus on your game without having to worry about your security or being interrupted.

What it does
The specific settings in the Game Mode ensure that you will not receive any messages or updates from BullGuard during game play. Resource consumption will also be limited, allowing your game to run more smoothly. Any scheduled activities like system scans or backups will be delayed when you are in Game Mode, ensuring you can focus solely on your game.

Finally, you also have the option of making your own settings in Game Mode, giving you full flexibility.

Please note that the Gamers Edition comes with a 1-user license and 1 Gigabyte of Online Backup as opposed to the 3-user license and 5 Gigabyte of Online Backup in BullGuard Internet Security.
